Introducing our new Flip-Up Handlebar Stands 🛠️: an essential accessory for cyclists who often need to flip their bike upside down for tasks like maintenance or removing wheels—whether for repairs or to fit the bike more easily into a car trunk.
Modern bikes frequently feature handlebar-mounted devices like GPS units, cycling computers, e-bike displays, and shifters, often installed on the top of the handlebars. When turning the bike upside down, these devices can press against the ground, risking damage under the bike’s weight. Our support set elevates the handlebars 6cm off the ground, creating a safe clearance for any mounted devices, ensuring they stay protected during any flip. 🔧
Additionally, this set includes two disc brake spacers 🟠 designed to fit into the spaces where the brake rotors usually sit. These spacers prevent the hydraulic brake pistons from closing accidentally if the brake lever is pressed while the wheels are off—saving you the hassle of reopening the pistons when it's time to reattach the wheels. 🚲
Completing the set, we’ve added a small cylindrical protector for the rear axle 🔵. When the rear wheel is removed, the chain often rests against the axle, potentially causing scratches or wear. Our conical cylinder, which slides onto the axle, redirects the chain over its smooth, angled surface, providing essential protection for your axle during transport.
The design of these components is simple yet highly functional. The handlebar protectors are mirror images of each other and fit together as a single piece when not in use. Between their inner surfaces, there’s a dedicated space for storing the disc brake spacers, almost like a small storage case. The cylinder fits snugly into grooves designed for the protectors and features outward-facing flanges on both ends, acting as a latch to secure all components together in one neat, appealing design.

These accessories are 3D-printed using high-quality ASA material, known for its durability and resistance to UV light. They're designed to withstand various weather conditions, making them perfect for outdoor use. Whether in hot sun or rainy weather, these accessories will keep your equipment secure and protected.
Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, these pieces are almost artisanal in their creation, meaning it is normal for the print layers to be visible, even in products with a high degree of finish. This gives each piece a unique character, a hallmark of precision 3D printing.
However, despite the plastic's extraordinary qualities, it should not be exposed to environments with temperatures above 50 degrees Celsius (122 degrees Fahrenheit) or below -5 degrees Celsius (23 degrees Fahrenheit), as it may risk losing its properties.
